An easy trick for growing your Pinterest followers is to create contributor boards. A contributor board is a Pinterest board that allows multiple people to pin. When someone else is able to pin to your board, their contributed pin will also show in the feed of all of their followers, expanding your reach greatly. You can even just include all of your employees as contributors.

To create a contributor board, click the add button to the right of the Pinterest logo at the top of your page, select add board. When you are in your create a board screen, enter a creative title and make sure you select your board category. This will help your pins show up when viewers are searching through all Pinterest pins. Then type the name or email of a friend of whom you want to be a contributor. They will have to accept this invitation from their Pinterest account. Then you are all set to pin!
